Japan Business Launch / Operations
A Chinese company entering Japan needs more than a legal entity. An office, team, responsibilities, headquarters coordination, product business and daily operations must also work together.
I advanced the Japan entity, office, team and headquarters coordination, connecting products, suppliers, trade and daily operations to build a local base capable of doing business.
Context
A legal entity alone does not create an operating business.
Entering Japan requires more than company registration. A functioning local business needs an entity, workplace, people, responsibilities, headquarters coordination, products, supply chain, trade logistics and customer operations that work together.
At Taipu, I started with the Japan operating base, then advanced products, suppliers, trade and customer business, translating headquarters' intent into a functioning local foundation.
Build the Base
Build the local operating base.
As a Japan-based section manager, I advanced the Japan operation from zero, connecting China headquarters, the local team, suppliers and customers. My scope extended from entity establishment to team responsibilities, headquarters reporting, product development, trade logistics and customer business.

Operating Architecture
Connect Japan operations to China HQ.
Once the team was formed, responsibilities for products, suppliers, trade and customers had to be clear, along with what required headquarters reporting, confirmation or decisions. I connected work allocation and responsibility design with China HQ-Japan reporting and coordination, advancing headquarters' requirements into local execution.
This structure supported Japan-side daily operations and ongoing product planning, samples, commercial terms and delivery. The entity, office, team, responsibilities, headquarters coordination and local operations became a connected chain of work.

Business Execution
From operating foundations to actual business.
Once the local organization was in place, work progressed into customer requirements, product definition, suppliers, samples, commercial terms and delivery. I connected these elements from the business side, keeping product planning and actual delivery within one execution chain.
- Product
- Advanced PB/NB planning, OEM/ODM development, samples and proposals based on customer needs and applications, connecting product definition and sample feedback with subsequent business discussions.
- Supply
- Researched and selected suppliers in China and Asia, coordinating prices, quality management, contract terms and lead times to connect product requirements with supply and commercial conditions.
- Trade and Delivery
- Product planning alone does not complete the business. I helped advance contracts and delivery management, import/export documentation, customs, sea and air freight, warehousing and customer delivery coordination, taking requirements and samples into actual delivery processes.
- Customers
- Continually clarified customer needs, specifications and applications, advanced product planning, sample development and business proposals, and relayed feedback to suppliers and headquarters.

These are company / business sales results during my tenure, not my personal sales achievement. I was responsible for Japan-side operations and business advancement during this period; the figures show the scale of the company's business.
Outcome
A local base that can operate.
The Japan entity, workplace and team were launched, and headquarters-Japan responsibilities and reporting were established. Products, suppliers, trade, logistics and customer business were connected with local operations, providing a foundation for ongoing business execution.
I helped connect and advance these activities. Sales scale during my tenure represents company / business results, not revenue independently generated by me.
