Professional Identity

My work often begins before a problem has been fully defined: an objective exists, but responsibilities, information, participants and the execution path remain unclear.

For unfamiliar, ambiguous and cross-disciplinary problems, I first build a sufficiently accurate understanding of the key variables, responsibility boundaries and dependencies. I then organize internal teams, overseas locations, customers, partners and external specialists within a shared execution structure.

This approach runs through Japan operations built from zero, manufacturing-customer development, overseas subsidiary operations, new businesses and cross-border PMO. Industries change, but the aim remains to move complex matters from discussion into clear ownership, informed decisions, execution and sustained progress.
